| Project Title | Sparking The Future Of Retail |
| Project Synopsis |
What is the challenge or opportunity you are trying to address within your organization? What's in store for the future of retail? With brick & mortar stores shutting down across the US this year, shopping appears to have moved from traditional retail stores to digital channels. However, the future of retail is actually a blend of the physical & online worlds.
Today, Aura is surviving these changing economic trends by adopting a multi-channel business model which incorporates an online and offline experience. After opening our first store in San Francisco earlier this year, Aura has also been working on a first to market ready to go boba tea product. How can we seamlessly bridge the offline and online experiences to be complementary to each other? What kind of digital touchpoints can we implement in store? What does scaling entail for Aura's niche product - cloud kitchens, wide scale distribution through grocery stores, etc? How will Aura's target market interact with these touch points? Aura is looking for help in navigating these challenges and creating a proof of concept for its next round of funding next year. What are some of the activities or action items you think will need to be taken to achieve your desired results?
What would make this project a success for your organization? What measurable results are you looking to accomplish? The goal by the end of this project is to present a scalable plan to a VC and secure next round of funding for AURA.
