Montclair State University is searching for companies interested in participating in a 12-week Spring MBA Consulting Project with four high-performing students. Students will report directly to you and receive mentorship from dedicated faculty throughout the program. Students are ultimately interested in working on projects related to product development, market research, growth strategy, marketing, analytics, and financial planning and analysis.

| Program Goals | The Montclair State University Spring MBA Consulting Project offers high-performing students a 12-week opportunity to apply their MBA skills in a real-world business environment. Students will work directly with participating companies and receive mentorship from dedicated faculty throughout the program. The project focuses on learning objectives such as practical application of MBA skills in areas like product development, market research, growth strategy, marketing, analytics, and financial planning and analysis. Additionally, students will develop professional communication and collaboration skills, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, project management and time management skills, and learn about professional ethics and integrity in a business setting. They will also receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals. Overall, this project provides students with a valuable experiential learning opportunity to enhance their consulting skills, business acumen, and professionalism while delivering value to the participating companies through their project work.
