Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity
Our non-profit, Science of Sport strives to enhance STEM learning and career aspirations through sport infused examples.   At over 500,000 students impacted in the United States, we are aiming to leverage our success and currently exploring various product and distribution strategies to have an even greater impact with underserved populations across the world.  Our core opportunity at hand is to further scale our social impact among youth in underserved communities by providing innovative, hands-on, evidence-based products and activities that align with educational goals.
Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required
  • Create a growth strategy based on marketing data collection and assessments
  • Develop go to market strategy based on product roadmap/extensions and consumer input
  • Provide recommendations for product extensions (can be inclusive of 
  • Identify global regions for expansion along with recommendations
  • Develop relationships with customer base outside of the United States
Project Synopsis: Expected Results
Stretch goals:
  • Contracts in place to fulfill STEM toys & kits product orders (retail, distribution, other)
  • New partnerships built across the globe to integrate Science of Sport curriculum and workshops. 
More feasible goals:
  • A process in place to capture our measurable impact across the globe
  • A polished growth strategy plan that is inclusive of go to market recommendations
  • Go to market tradeoff analysis of the various product expansion prototypes
