Hello, I'm James Pappas. I hold a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Stony Brook University and am a 4th-degree Black Belt in Taekwondo. I enjoy staying active and thrive in collaborative problem-solving environments.

For the past five years, I've been working in the HVAC construction industry across the NY metro, Northern and Southern NJ, and Eastern PA regions. My focus has been primarily on Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), with specialized experience in gas detection and humidification. I've managed a variety of projects, including Maintenance Repair Operations (MRO), equipment upgrades, and large-scale installations for clients such as Mt. Sinai Hospital and ESPN HQ in Connecticut.
