My name is Mahibalan, but friends and family call me "Mahi." I am an international student from India, currently pursuing an MBA in Analytics at Stevens Institute of Technology. I bring nearly four years of professional experience in Human Resources, a journey that has significantly refined my interpersonal skills and helped me grow into a seasoned professional. 

I began my career in HR as a talent acquisition intern and worked my way up to becoming an HR Manager for a global startup based in India. In this role, I led a team of seven and oversaw all HR verticals, gaining extensive experience in managing processes and people. 

My key professional strengths include being self-driven, diplomatic, accountable, and skilled in relationship-building, stakeholder management, and expectation setting. 

I am particularly interested in analytics roles within the consulting industry, where I believe my skills and interests align to drive impactful results for the organization while maximizing my own potential.
